SERVICE: How long does a typical repiar take?
A: The repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the type of repair required. In most cases, we strive to complete repairs within an hour or less.
For more extensive repairs, it may take slightly longer. It may require to pick it up to our Gadxy Service Center for big issues. We will provide you an Alternate Phone during the repairing process to keep your work continue.

After shipping it will take 5 to 6 days in delivering the product at your doorstep.

For Products:
Online Payment: We accepts Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking & UPI via PhonePe PG
Cash on Delivery: For Cash on Delivery you are required to pay ₹199 via online and rest payment in cash on delivery.
For Service: You only requires to pay ₹99 to confirm & book our technician appointment at your doorstep.

Our dedicated team do QC thrice to make sure you receive perfect product but if you found any issue you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery of product. We’ll assist you as per scenario and will surely correct this for you.
SERVICE: What if my REPAIRED device encounters further ISSUES?
A: We stand behind our repairs and offer a warranty for our services. If your device experiences any issues related to the repair within the warranty period, simply contact us, and we will promptly resolve the problem.
*Physical or Liquid Damage of parts does not covers warranty. In such cases we will waiver the service charges, part’s cost applied.
