PRODUCT Used and refurbished gadgets: 90-day Gadxy warranty. You get 5 days to check it: if there’s a fault, we replace it or refund you. After that, any fault within 90 days is repaired free.

SERVICE 90-day GADXY Protection Plan on parts and service for every repair, plus a lifetime 10% discount on future repairs. Screen repairs also get a 30-day Display Protection Plan: if the new screen is damaged, you pay 50%.

* Other physical or liquid damage is not covered.

A: Most repairs are done in one doorstep visit, in front of you. After you book, we call within 30 minutes to confirm parts and your slot; if that doesn’t suit you, your ₹99 advance is refunded.

For more extensive repairs, it may take slightly longer. It may require to pick it up to our Gadxy Service Center for big issues. We will provide you an Alternate Phone during the repairing process to keep your work continue.

We offer both Online and Cash (Partial) mode of payments.

For Products:

Online Payment: We accepts Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking & UPI via PhonePe PG

Cash on Delivery: For Cash on Delivery you are required to pay ₹199 via online and rest payment in cash on delivery.

For Service: You only requires to pay ₹99 to confirm & book our technician appointment at your doorstep.

Our dedicated team do QC thrice to make sure you receive perfect product but if you find a fault in a used or refurbished gadget, tell us within 5 days of delivery: we replace it or refund you.

A: We stand behind our repairs and offer a warranty for our services. If your device experiences any issues related to the repair within the warranty period, simply contact us, and we will promptly resolve the problem.

*Physical or Liquid Damage of parts does not covers warranty. In such cases we will waiver the service charges, part’s cost applied.
