OVERVIEW
This policy covers all GADXY services including:
– Website bookings (gadxy.com/repair)
– AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, when you use GADXY through them
– Customer dashboard
– Google Sign-In (optional login)
– Email communications
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you book a repair (on the website or through an AI assistant):
– Personal: Name, phone number, email (email is optional in AI assistants)
– Service: Device brand, model and the repairs needed
– Location: The service address you give us, in any city we serve (currently Kolkata, Hyderabad & Jamshedpur). We turn the address into a map location using Google Maps, to check it is within our 35 km doorstep area and to guide the technician.
– Booking: Your preferred time, if you give one
GOOGLE SIGN-IN & GOOGLE USER DATA
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive from your Google Account:
– Your name
– Your email address
– Your profile picture
We use this data only to:
– Create and manage your GADXY account
– Link your repair bookings and order history to your account
We do NOT:
– Access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google data
– Sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties
– Use Google user data for advertising
You can revoke GADXY’s access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To delete your account data, email care@gadxy.com.
GADXY’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
– Process your repair booking
– Contact you about service
– Send booking confirmations
– Provide warranty support
– Improve our services
AI ASSISTANTS (CHATGPT, CLAUDE)
– When you ask an AI assistant to use GADXY, it sends us only what is needed for the task: the device and repair for a price check, the address for an area check, and your name, phone, email, device and address for a booking.
– We do not receive or store your conversation with the AI assistant. The AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) handles your chat under its own privacy policy.
– Payment never happens inside the chat. We email you a link to pay the ₹99 advance on our website.
– Bookings made this way get the same protections as website bookings.
DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
– Stored in our website database on our hosting provider (Hostinger), protected by HTTPS
– Access limited to authorised GADXY staff, the assigned technician and, in partner cities, the partner repair shop doing your job
– Retention: we keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed to provide warranty support and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete other personal data at any time (see Your Rights).
– Never sold to anyone
PAYMENT INFORMATION
– Processed by our payment gateway (PhonePe)
– We don’t store card details
– Only transaction IDs stored

COOKIES & ANALYTICS
– Essential cookies to make the website work (for example login and the booking steps)
– Analytics and advertising: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. These may set cookies and receive information such as pages visited and booking events.
– You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We share only what each one needs:
– Partner repair shops (in partner cities): name, phone, address and device, to carry out your repair
– Payment: PhonePe (payment gateway)
– Google: Maps (address to map location), Sign-In (optional login), Analytics
– Meta: Pixel and Conversions API (advertising measurement)
– AI providers: OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude), when you choose to book through them
– Telegram: internal job alerts to our staff (device and job number, no phone number)
– Hosting: Hostinger (website and database)
– Email: booking and status emails sent from our website
