4. www.gadxy.com in will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where we use “Private Courier Companies” (eg.  FedEx, Delhivery etc.) to ship your order.

6. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.gadxy.com in shall not be entertained.
 
7. www.gadxy.com in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
 
8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by www.gadxy.com in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
 
9. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. www.gadxy.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, www.gadxy.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.gadxy.com without prior intimation whatsoever.
 
10. www.gadxy.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
 
11. www.gadxy.com in shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.
 
12. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. 
 
13. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by www.gadxy.com Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part is prohibited without the permission of www.gadxy.com in.
 
14. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

In the event of breach of the terms and conditions of these terms of use by the user, the user shall be promptly liable to indemnify www.gadxy.com for all the costs, losses and damages caused to www.gadxy.com as a result of such a breach. Further in the event of your breach of these terms of use, you agree that www.gadxy.com will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. www.gadxy.com therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. www.gadxy.com‘s right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.
