How much will my repair cost?

Search your device model above. Each repair shows its starting price before you book.

Is the ₹99 an extra charge?

No. It is adjusted in your repair bill. You pay the rest only after checking your phone.

How soon can someone come?

We call within 30 minutes of booking to confirm parts and a time. If that doesn't suit you, your ₹99 is refunded.

Do you use original parts?

Every repair starts with a parts consultation. We suggest the part that suits your phone's condition and your budget, and show it to you before fitting.

Is my data safe during a doorstep repair?

Yes. Most repairs happen in front of you at your home or office. Only some Android phones, with the fingerprint sensor under an AMOLED screen, may need to be unlocked for a moment after a new screen is fitted, to check the fingerprint works. We confirm whether yours does on your Repair Plan Call, the call we make after you book. We never ask for OTPs, your Apple ID, Google account or bank logins.

Can I use a phone while mine is with you?

Yes. If your phone goes to our workshop, you get a free stand-by phone for your SIM, so calls and OTPs keep reaching you.

What if it can't be fixed at my home?

That's rare. If workshop tools are needed, we take the phone only with your consent and give you a receipt. Your warranty stays the same.

What warranty do I get?

Same problem within 90 days: fixed free. A new screen that fails or breaks within 30 days: repaired at 50% off. Plus 10% off future repairs on the same phone. Our warranty seal must be unbroken.

How do I pay?

Pay ₹99 online to book, then the rest by UPI after checking your phone. Shop orders are paid online by UPI, card or net banking.

Which areas do you cover?

Anywhere within 35 km of a Gadxy office in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Jamshedpur. The booking form checks your address for you.

What if a used phone I buy has a problem?

You have 5 days to check it. If faulty, we replace it or refund you. After that, faults are repaired free until day 90. Damage and misuse aren't covered.
