What happens at your door.

  • We check the phone isn’t stolen.
  • You sign out and erase it while we watch.
  • You get a receipt with the phone’s IMEI and the price.
  • If the price changes, we show you why with a photo.
  • You can say no at the door, free.

Do you buy Android phones?

We’re starting with iPhones. For any other phone, send the model on WhatsApp and we’ll reply with a price.

What do I need for the pickup?

The phone, a photo ID, and your Apple ID password so you can sign out yourself.

How is the price worked out?

From the model, its storage and anything that’s wrong with it. For each problem we take off roughly what it costs us to fix, using our own repair costs.

What if you find a problem I didn’t mention?

We show it to you with a photo and give you the new price. You can still say no, free.

How do I get paid?

On the spot, before we take the phone, by UPI or cash.

Is my data safe?

You sign out of your Apple ID and erase the phone yourself while we watch. We never ask for your passcode.
